On January 19, 2023, the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development issued a notice, and the "Jiangsu Province Civil Building Project Fire Acceptance Common Problems Analysis and Prevention Guide" co-compiled by CTA was officially issued and implemented. With the development of society and the progress of science, the process of urbanization continues to advance, and the problem of fire safety continues to become prominent. In order to reduce the probability of fire in the use of buildings, the Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of Jiangsu Province organized relevant experts to carry out relevant research topics. This is the first project to carry out similar research at the provincial level in the country, which is a reflection of Jiangsu's continuous fire reform and innovation inspection work and optimization of the business environment in the past three years.
